My passport was delivered today. Surprise - from London (6 weeks after the application was approved. In the meantime there was a meeting to confirm the identity).
My WAY
HMPO Durham (application approved 14.10) => one month later HMPO Glasgow (interview online confirm the identity 19.10)=> HMPO London (passport has been sent 24,10).
Tracking number TNT doesn't work either. Of course.

Finally received a text saying application is approved and passport is being printed and sent.

Wrote a complaint by filling out the form,

May I ask those of you who have received their passport and documents now if the certificate and passport were returned in a good state?

I have seen a few people saying they were unhappy about documents being creased and bend.

I have spoken to HM passport office and ask them if I should send them in a plastic cover, a large return envelope and letter to say not to bend them and they said yes.

Did anyone of you do that?
