ICT tier 2 to Tier 2 general

Hi,

I have heard that we can switch from ict tier 2 visa to tier 2 general without Cooling off period as per the PBS route... is it true and when will it be in effect .

Yes, new Point Based system comes into effect from Jan 2021, under which Tier 2 ICT holder can switch to skilled worker Visa. Applications can be made starting from Dec 1st.
