Surrinder SIngh UK residence to pre-settlement

Hi,
We recent get the UK residence card using surrinder singh route, can i apply for pre-settlement scheme. What documents I need to submit alongwith pre-settlement paper application (Already have valid residence card)

Hi and congratulations for receiving your RC.
I can tell you from my experience that inthe xase of Surinder Singh, applying for the EU settlement scheme is not a straightforward process and that you must apply asap as you are required to submit a paper application and HO will take some 6 months to confirm your status (and yes, we applied and we are still waiting).

You must call the EU settlement centre (or email them) and ask for the forms. They will ask you for your details and your card number.

You will receive a personalised form in the post. Complete the form (some 50 pages - but you will not need to fill in all of it, just the questions that are applicable to you) and send it back with the documents needed.

I receive residence card two days ago, I call the resolution centre today, request for form.
What documents I need to provide to obtain pre-settlement.
Do, I need to provide all the proof from Ireland again.
can you provide list of document attach with pre-settlement application

I recall we submitted pretty much everything AGAIN including the RC
I can not tell you what to submit, as the for is personalised form.

Do, I need to submit the proof of living and work in EEA state like Ireland again. Or the UK RC is enough. I am applying for pre-settlement scheme , we are in UK from 3 months.

We submited everything again, not just the card.
