Thank you so much. I had a feeling that he wanted to trap me. One of the other thing I told him that I want to apply using Priority services but he told me to not use that and use normal services.

If govt extends lockdown on 2nd December then what should I do?

Just wanted to ask a question.

Should I file my case for Spouse Visa through a lawyer or myself? What's the better option. I heard there would be Covering Letter, I have no idea about it's format or material. I am thinking to go with lawyer because I don't wanna mess up anything. But I am not sure which lawyers or firms are good. Confused, Please guide.

The covering letter is totally optional which can be prepared with any easier language without requiring any solicitor. However, if you still wish then can use the following link and nobody can recommend any pacific one.

Yes if you were allowed on your student visa. Also the same restrictions over working hours will remain enforced until you secure the spouse visa.

Not necessarily but should be applied until the date of expiry. As long as the new application is applied before expiry, section 3C will trigger.

Can you please confirm if I need to meet English Language Requirements?

I haven't completed my degree yet as I opted for Resit in my Masters Dissertation.

I will be submitting it in few days but result will come in sometime.

What kind of documents I can provide to meet English Language Requirements?

My Ielts have expired already because it's over 2 years now.

Please guide.

You can sit for test or get your foreign degree assessed from NARIC because your UK degree need to be completed despite not yet awarded

Thank you so much. If I complete my degree and get my Interim Transcript, would that be fine to meet English Language Requirements?

Nothing is posted anywhere in original rather uploaded electronically until the date or few hours before of the biometrics appointment.

Sorry I am bit confused about this.

Am I not supposed to apply on this website?

https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/

Can I apply before getting my marriage certificate which I will be getting on 8th December?

If i am supposed to submit documents later.

If my visa expires before getting biometric appointment then what would happen?

please guide

You apply online within the uk through the link below.

https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... 1577027492

Documents are uploaded to ukcvas who also does your biometric enrollment.

You must apply AFTER you have your marriage certificate. It is a mandatory document to submit. The date of application is the date you submit and pay online.

If you apply before your visa expires, your existing visa conditions continue until ukvi make a decision on your new application.

Thank you so much. I am really sorry for the weird questions.

Will my application be considered after biometrics or after the day I submit application on the link you provided?

If I don't get the biometric appointment before my visa expiry, should I worry about this?

I was told by someone that if I don't get biometrics appointment before visa expiry then I will have to leave UK. Just confused.

According to few members the processing may even start where if somebody submits the documents via self submit option even before of the biometrics.

Better to not listen them as there is nothing like that provided the application has been submitted in timely.
