Tier 2 General Dependent Application Urgent

Hi,

I'm applying for Tier 2 dependent visa from home country for my wife, my COS starts in 2017-2022. Its asking me to pay 5 years visa fee but where as my visa expires in 2 years time.

Could any expert suggest me how should i proceed in this case??

I have already paid IHS fee for 2 years and struck with visa application fee, incase if i cancel my application how long does IHS takes to refund my money back??

Since the main applicant grant was for 5 years, the dependent visa fees will be inline with the main applicant's visa duration.
The actual amount of time left on your leave is irrelevant for visa fee calculation.
