Brilliant! Thanks Ameraj. The only extra column I'd probably add is the "DocsSubmitted" date and those who are still awaiting decision and new applicants can keep the table up-to-date.

Don't think there is much point adding the date for submitting docs, as the start date when UKVCAS receives your application is once you've attended F2F appointment for biometrics. It would have been more relevant for Summer/Early Autumn applicants when their applications could have been fully submitted through an App. Not possible anymore as biometrics centres have reopened. Correct me if I'm wrong!

Hi All, I have been a silent reader of this forum for the past few months, waiting for my turn. Spouse visa FLR M has been granted Alhamdulillah. Date of application: 18/06/2020. Biometrics submitted via IDV App: 23/09/2020. Decision received: 02/12/20. Just want to say thank you to everyone on this forum for so much support, it definitely gives a lot of hope during the waiting period. All the best to everyone, I'm sure you will all hear good news soon In Sha Allah. Dont lose hope :D

Anyone for SET-LR August applicant still waiting?
I see on FB that a Set LR 27th August applicant received approval yesterday.
You should hear back within a week hopefully
Any suggestions I make in the forum are out my personal experience and should not be taken as a legal/professional advise.

My understanding is that self submission of documents will submit the documents to UKVI even before the Biometrics appointment.

Document checking
You can buy the document checking service if you want our team to check that you have correctly uploaded the documents for your appointment, that the scanned documents you provided are of an acceptable quality and are complete.

Please note: We have introduced the option to submit your uploaded documents to UKVI before your appointment takes place. If you choose to submit your documents and you have purchased document checking, we will perform the document checking process before the submission.

To use this service you must upload your documents through our website at least 2 working days before your appointment date.
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.

I asked this question to the person who was taking my biometrics at my f2f biometrics appointment and he confirmed that documents are only sent to UKVI after your biometrics appointment is done and he also checked all my documents before hitting the submit button.

so in that case the document submission date is not relevant for Oct applications.

Hi All,

I had posted my timeline last to last week when I got my ILR approved on 20th November but ever since I have not had any communication on the BRP dispatching side. Today is the 10th working day and no email on BRP being dispatched, will be able to raise a formal complaint tomorrow.

Has anyone else faced or noticed such delay in BRP being delivered?

I've already uploaded all required documents.
Do I need to bring them to the UKVCAS meeting?

Yes I can confirm my solicitor said that even uploading documents before biometrics is not that helpful because a caseworker is only given your application once it is complete which means once biometrics are done.

You can upload documents prior to your appointment but it will not speed anything up unless you get your biometrics done sooner.

I would just in case anything was not uploaded/recieved properly.

I opt for document scanning so I did upload some prior to my appointment but brought everything on the day of because that is your last chance to add anything to your application before UKVACS submits to the home office.

Was expecting this week but that looks unlikely now. Hopefully in the next 1-1.5 weeks.

I asked this question to the person who was taking my biometrics at my f2f biometrics appointment and he confirmed that documents are only sent to UKVI after your biometrics appointment is done and he also checked all my documents before hitting the submit button.

so in that case the document submission date is not relevant for Oct applications.
Yes I can confirm my solicitor said that even uploading documents before biometrics is not that helpful because a caseworker is only given your application once it is complete which means once biometrics are done.

You can upload documents prior to your appointment but it will not speed anything up unless you get your biometrics done sooner.
So, the way it would work as I comprehend is :

Step 1 - You complete your online application - The case gets on to a virtual Queue with a rank.
Step 2 - You upload documents - The case is still at the same Queue.
Step 3 - You finish your physical biometrics - Case has complete documentation flag and ready to be picked.
Step 4 - Case worked is free - Virtual queue is released as per rank with Step 3 cases.

I am about to upload my documents to UKVCAS and it mentions to upload all documents in black and white to reduce size. All my scans are in Colour and below 6MB per file. Is it allowed to upload documents in colour? will my application be refused if I upload colour scans instead of black and white.

Of course you are allowed! That is only a suggestion to reduced file size! Why would they reject an application when colour scans are more authentic than black and white?

This is all a complete joke!! Behind every single application there is a life and a story.

Why do we have to wait for 6 months like this and not being able to travel or even make any changes in our life as our BRP has expired. It is definitely a form of discrimination. We pay £2400+ for an application which costs less than £300 and since it is usually done in same day (few hours) in the previous years and 24h with the new priority service, it means it is not complicated to review one. We have already paid a lot. They usually make money of the Super Priority Service but during this pandemic they have just to employ more staff and deal with the applications as people are losing jobs, family, businesses while waiting for the outcome...No one should put their life like this on-hold!!

I am seriously thinking to make an official complaint or at least make our voice heard through the media.
@Ameline I share your frustration and can relate to this as at one point I had to wait almost 13months on my FLRM application before UKVI approved it the problem if that they do not actually care or respect us, you provide a service we pay for at least the bear minimum is some form of communication but with then is dead silence this day and age can they not give as access to a site where we can track to check the progress on our applications. All I ask is that do not be frustrated we must keep at it and I know good times will follow.
@ Ameline Hello. I have been monitoring this forum for SET(M) updates and particularly your posts, as your case is almost identical to ours in terms of timing (5 days apart in early September).

Am I right in thinking that so far, there has still only been one SET(M) decision from a September application ? Based on your excellent analysis (thank you) and knowledge of this area, when do you realistically hope to hear something on your application ? I've almost given up on hearing anything by Christmas but from what I am seeing, January is also unlikely too. My feeling is that we will probably get a decision just before the 6 months is up because presumably, even despite COVID, they still have KPIs to meet ? If that is the case (a Q1 2021 decision), then let's hope that neither of us are caught up in any brexit-related further visa delays.

Hi All, I have uploaded my documents last Saturday and yesterday I submitted my biometric in person, just checked the UKVCAS and still shows my appointment and allows me to cancel the appointment and allows me to upload new documents (dis function was locked yesterday) so my question is:
Does anyone else allowed to upload more documents after submitting biometrics or does it mean UKVCAS didn't send my documents to Homeoffice? Or messed things up?

Your account remains active for good few months even after a decision is made. It is normal. Your application is submitted. Best not to play with your account.

This is completely normal. The UKVCAS portal doesn't update for a long time. Do not touch/mess with it. And no, you can't upload any more documents now.
