Email missing from UKVI

Post by bd1982 » Tue Dec 01, 2020 7:13 pm

Dear fellows. Due to long delay of my dependant's application, I raised a complaint. But surprisingly they replied UKVI sent me an email for my response which they are still waiting. I didnt find any email in my inbox.
However, could you guys help me how I can contact FLRM team?
Here is the reply from customer service team:

Dear Ms xxxxx

Thank you for your email correspondence of 5 October where you have raised a complaint about your FLR(M) application. We aim to reply to 95% of complaints within 20 working days so I apologise for this late response.

I am unable to uphold your complaint. According to our records on 17 March an appeal was submitted in connection with your previous refusal decision, this appeal is still under consideration.

Your FLR(M) application was submitted on 6 July and we wrote to you by email on 29 September for confirmation as to whether you wished to proceed with your new application or the appeal for your old application.

We have yet to receive a response and the appeal still shows as open, until a response is received as to which application you want to go ahead with we cannot do any further work on your current application.

You said you checked the inbox. Did you check the 'junk'/'spam' folder of the relevant email address?

Is there an outstanding appeal?

Is it not possible to send a scanned copy by way of reply to the email you received to counter the points they've raised?

Given their response, It might also be worth sending a copy of the withdrawal to the Sheffield address quoting the FLRM application reference number.

Thanks for your advice. Do you know the full postal address? Or any email?

Try following email through which the caseworker has requested the documents from few members in near past.

FLRdocuments@homeoffice.gov.uk
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
