spouse extension English requirement, initial application b1

Hi everyone,
Need help. My wife due spouse visa extension finishing 2.5 years in UK shortly. She did b1 test in Pakistan and also did ukvi ielets academic with 7 bands. We provided both at the time of initial application. Do she needs to do English test again or they will accept the English tests in extension application.
Also the same will be accepted in ILR ?
Your advise will be greatly appreciated

Since she have used her test previously for the successful grant of visa which is even higher than the needed level (A2), so that would be accepted. And the same would be reusable for ILR too assuming the existing rules remain unchanged.

She does not need to do the English test again as she has B1 which correctly can carry her through. The criteria to be met are 1. That the test must have been used for a successful application before which is correct in your case 2. The test provider must still be on the HO approved list...so go check that the test provider of her B1 is still on approved list, if yes then good to go, no need for new test.
And same will be accepted for ILR subject to meeting the HO rule at the time of ILR application.
