Non Applying Kid and Income requirment

Sponsor: Applied for ILR (LR) Application in process

Dependents: Wife and one Kid ( currently on PBS Dependent) and one kid born in the UK and never applied for any visa.

Dependents ( Wife & Kid) is applying in FLR (M) and other kid not applying and will obtain Nutrulization after the father gets ILR.

Question: Income requirement will be £22400.00 OR £24800?
in FLR Form there is a question that how many additional children are they sponsoring in that section should i write 1 or 0? ( The kid which is applying, already given details in the form)

If possible then try to fulfill the higher threshold of £24800 despite £22400 would virtually be needed.
