I have got the updated employment letter, with company's Address, and phone number mentioned.

Does it require email address too? or this much information is fine? please advise
preferably email address should also be the part of it for caseworker's convenience.

Sorry my question was different.

I already have the letter but only contact details aren't mentioned. If they don't ammend it then should I just simply upload this letter and mention contact details in form only.
No. Contact detail on it is mandatory

On which documents 28 days constraints apply? e.g I have utility bills and payslils dated months back.. 1st June to 4th dec.
Only latest payslip, bank statement & employer letter.

I get paid weekly. so I have pay slips from last friday to 1.5 years back.

I thought I have to provide payslips for last 6 months. And have utility bills from 8th December to 7 months back.

Now I am confused about this one

Under category A only 6 months of payslips would be needed

Subsisting relationship evidences have no concurrence with financial documents.

As per my understanding from your reply.

I only need to provide latest utility bills.

For bank statements and Payslips I need to provide 6 months record? Is it correct?
I have been keeping my Payslips safe since August 2019

And I created the pdf of 6 months Payslips, oldest appearing first. Is that correct order or latest should be the first one?

Please advise.

Keep carrying on this for your none-immigration matters

Doesn't make much difference but better to start from latest.

Thank you so much.

I was told by someone that if I provide pregnancy report of my wife and picture of baby's scan, it would make the point of "Genuineness of relationship" more stronger as baby is due in 5 months.

Please advise.

Stop listening to "someone". An unborn child carries no weight for your application.

I thought I had all the council bills for the last few months but just noticed today that I only have council bills till September. for October, November, December I paid online but didn't get any bill. Just have payment confirmations email and payments shown on my council account. I tried to contact the council for a copy of the last bill but it's gonna take a long time. I now have signed for Ebills but still can't see any bill yet, tried to pay one today so hopefully, I hope I will be able to see an online copy by tomorrow. On our council bill, we both have our names mentioned together.

What if I am not able to get the latest copy. What should I do then? Please guide

Council tax bill is usually issued once every year's April unless have asked its replacement/revision. Attach other evidence if couldn't get it in timely.

Are there any factors which would make it difficult or impossible for you to integrate and establish a private life in that country?

What should be the answer to this question?
Yes or No?

As my wife lives in this country. Do I need to tick yes or no?

Can I use the old bill for Council Tax? Because we opted for monthly payments.

I have other up to date utility bills. Would that be enough?

Pretty self explanatory which require a factual answer based on your circumstances.

The only reason I can provide is my wife being pregnant, would be harder for us to be separated in near future. But I am confused if it's the logical answer or not.

There are 2 questions.

Q1. When did you first meet your partner?
A1. the mont and year when we first met

Q2. When did your relationship begin?

Is the second question about Marriage date or when we started speaking properly like partners? "Family route application, spouse visa"

Please guide. And reply to the above questions too. Thnaks. :)

Not marriage date. It is at the point you changed from "dating" to "this is someone I want to marry or spend rest of life with" e.g. that you engaged her.

Q. Confirm you will provide items of correspondence to show you have been living with your partner

Items of correspondence addressed to Mr xxxxx xxxxx and Mrs xxxxxx xxxxxx at the same address as evidence you have been living together since your last grant of leave in this category, or from the date you first started living together, covering the last 2 years.

We haven't been living together for 2 years. We started living together in May 2020.

I didn't click this option because we haven't lived for 2 years together, and now it doesn't let me move to the next step.

Please advise.

You really need to read the previous replies because of being repeatedly told that these are not required for the initial spouse visa application. Simply say yes to keep the application on move then address it in covering letter.

Annual Income:

I worked part time during term time and full time during holidays and off term.

I get paid weekly, how can I put that to Annual income? Should I put the income after I get full time or part time?

Please advise.

Your contractual income as would be mentioned by your employer would be the annual income to be written on the application. Otherwise annualised average income would need to be calculated & given there as usually the case where the income gets varied significantly.
