Under category A only 6 months of payslips would be needed
Subsisting relationship evidences have no concurrence with financial documents.
Yes
Yes for category A
Keep carrying on this for your none-immigration matters
Doesn't make much difference but better to start from latest.
Council tax bill is usually issued once every year's April unless have asked its replacement/revision. Attach other evidence if couldn't get it in timely.cusmanb wrote: ↑Thu Dec 10, 2020 8:14 pmI thought I had all the council bills for the last few months but just noticed today that I only have council bills till September. for October, November, December I paid online but didn't get any bill. Just have payment confirmations email and payments shown on my council account. I tried to contact the council for a copy of the last bill but it's gonna take a long time. I now have signed for Ebills but still can't see any bill yet, tried to pay one today so hopefully, I hope I will be able to see an online copy by tomorrow. On our council bill, we both have our names mentioned together.
What if I am not able to get the latest copy. What should I do then? Please guide
Can I use the old bill for Council Tax? Because we opted for monthly payments.
Pretty self explanatory which require a factual answer based on your circumstances.
Yes
Not marriage date. It is at the point you changed from "dating" to "this is someone I want to marry or spend rest of life with" e.g. that you engaged her.cusmanb wrote: ↑Fri Dec 11, 2020 12:09 amThere are 2 questions.
Q1. When did you first meet your partner?
A1. the mont and year when we first met
Q2. When did your relationship begin?
Is the second question about Marriage date or when we started speaking properly like partners? "Family route application, spouse visa"
Please guide. And reply to the above questions too. Thnaks.

You really need to read the previous replies because of being repeatedly told that these are not required for the initial spouse visa application. Simply say yes to keep the application on move then address it in covering letter.cusmanb wrote: ↑Fri Dec 11, 2020 4:00 amQ. Confirm you will provide items of correspondence to show you have been living with your partner
Items of correspondence addressed to Mr xxxxx xxxxx and Mrs xxxxxx xxxxxx at the same address as evidence you have been living together since your last grant of leave in this category, or from the date you first started living together, covering the last 2 years.
We haven't been living together for 2 years. We started living together in May 2020.
I didn't click this option because we haven't lived for 2 years together, and now it doesn't let me move to the next step.
Please advise.
Your contractual income as would be mentioned by your employer would be the annual income to be written on the application. Otherwise annualised average income would need to be calculated & given there as usually the case where the income gets varied significantly.
