I heard that they can't claim more than 5 years and if this was unpaid why didn't they asked me to pay ?

In normal circumstances, the time limit is 4 years which can be stretched up to 6 years where the taxpayer has been proved of remained careless and 20 years if he/she has been dishonest. From practical point of view, they still claw back the unpaid taxes regardless of the reasons and time.

Follow as the referee form states. Keep originals safe till a decision is made.

One more thing do I need to put last 10 years trip outside the UK in the form or last 5 years ?

What if I submit my application today and upload docs on Sopra Steria with referee etter dated today or tomorrow and i get appt after a month with UKVCAS so will it impact on date of my referee letter ?

Date of application is the date you pay and submit online. Biometrics date is irrelevant.

Ok what about docs date e.g. referee letter and cover letter if I submit my application today and get appt after a month would it impact the date of the referee letter or cover letter if its one month old ?

No impact. The biometrics appointment date is not relevant - the submit/pay date is the application date.

I take it you have input your application online so apart from the required documents nothing else to load.

Is it necessary to have on electoral register as well. What if someone is not on electoral register. I know it won't impact on decision but is it a plus point as you are making UK is your perm home.

It's not compulsory, though if you are one of the non-British nationalities that can vote I would register. Certainly do once you have become British. Plus the credit reference agencies use it to validate your address. As you say it's not necessary for the application.
