Hi,
I am a British citizen obtained through Tier1 General VISA in 2016. My wife will be applying for ILR (5year route) in November 2020.
My daughter was born in India in 2015 and currently on Tier 1 General Dependent VISA. Is she eligible to get British passport after my wife gets ILR or should I apply for ILR for her as well.

I am currently working on the ILR for my wife and child.
I need clarification on the cohabitation documents. I bought a property in joint ownership with my wife in April 2019. Can I provide the mortgage document as proof for cohabitation or should it be the mortgage payment statement?

My wife is applying for indefinite leave to remain and is applying for the same with a Bachelor degree certificate taught in English in India. Will she require a NARIC letter to prove her English language requirement.

NARIC needs MOI which looks like more work and time consuming. I had a look into forum about the option to submit B1 test result as an alternative. Can you confirm whether this has been accepted and ILR approved for the applicants before.
If yes, do I need to select the option 'NO' for the language taught even if the degree was taught in English or I can select 'YES' and submit B1 result instead of NARIC.

Thanks. I got a doubt while uploading documents for my daughter(minor). I am uploading copies of following documents for her.
1. Passport(old & new)
2. BRP
3. Consent form(Part1 - signed by my wife(main applicant), Part2 &3 - signed by me)
4. Birth certificate.
Do I need to post any other documents to prove her cohabitation as well?
