British Citizenship Ceremony query

Dear Experts,

I have recently received an approval for my British Citizenship and now waiting for Ceremony Invitation. I am planing to go to India in early next year for more than 3 weeks hence am looking for options on how I can arrange the ceremony if I get the invitation when I am not around. Could you pls help me with your views on below.
1. Hopefully it is not a problem if I travel abroad if I have received the approval but still waiting to attend the ceremony.
2. Do we definitely get Ceremony invitation letter from HO these days via email?
3. As I understand, we need to contact council within 21 days of receiving the invitation letter but if I am away then I may miss the deadline. Is there a way to manage this while I am away?
