Had this happened to anyone else?
The BRP was in transit and we found out that tnt has delivered it already to another door (wrong address) and reported as "successful delivery"
Now the UKvcas is telling us to contact tnt, tnt phone puts us on hold and does not reply
And when we filed the form on uk gov saying BRP not delivered, they have mentioned that they will respond only queries where the BRPs are not successfully delivered.
Whom do we contact in this case to solve this problem? Any help or guidance is appreciated
