EU Settlement Scheme - Permanent Residence - IELTS Life Skills – B1

I am non EU member of EU citizen. I have UK residence card valid for 5 years. We both will be applying for EU Settlement scheme for settled status in Jan 2021.
Do I or my husband need "IELTS Life Skills – B1" (English knowledge test) to be passed for our application?

I do know that we need IELTS Life Skills – B1 passed for citizenship but not sure if this is needed for settled status as well.

Please advise.

Not required for UK Settled Status.

For naturalisation it's actually Level B1 GESE 5 - shorter than life skills.
