Eu settlement scheme permit

Hi everyone happy Christmas I m non eu national with settled status and my wife is eu national with settled status both we are working full time. My question is can I bring my dad from Pakistan on eu settlement scheme if yes?? What evidence we need to apply visa for him please guide me
