PBS Dependant extension & MN1 form

Hello everyone!

Happy New Year to all!

I will be applying ILR this month and my husband will be applying for extension for his Tier 2 dependant visa as he is not het qualified for ILR. Can you please double check if I have covered all the documents needed for his application?
- Passport ( old&new)
- BRP
- Marriage certificate
- Bank statement for the last 3 months with £630
- proof of cohabitation for the last 2 years( is it okay to present just 1 copy per year of council tax, water bill)?


Also, we will be registering my son to become British Citizen as he was born here in the UK and will apply using form MN1, upon reading through the form, it is asking for a referee, is it applicable to all ages even below 2 years old? If yes, who are the ones eligible that we can ask to become his referee?
