It is unlikely that they will revoke your ILR unless you are a threat to the national security. So don't worry about it and lay lowiceman010899 wrote:Hello,
I got ILR under the long residence rules this May 08 at Croydon PEO. Last year Oct 07 I changed my college and did not notify BIA of the change. And the old college I was in has now closed for some reason. The student visa was given for the old college and expires in Nov 2008. Please confirm if my ILR can be revoked because it seems like I havent attended college according to the BIA systems (no record of new college). Or do I notify them ?? Does it matter now that I have ILR ?
Thank you.
