Cheers, yesterday received email from my Solicitor. but any similar case like mine that leads to been granted ? let me know please.
In your home country, do they have any facilities to treatments regarding your medical care? I’ve had a Freind who got granted as her son has Down syndrome which is severe and she feared that he would not make it if they were deported, she got granted 30 months with benefits. So as long as you have proof and medical records all is well.
Hi Sheilam,
They don't have kind of facility regarding my medical grounds put in for FS and hopefully receive good news soon.

HI I submitted further submission in nov 2017 and they were refused in nov 2019 without right of appeal we went into judicial review and in feb 2020 home office told us to withdraw the JR they will reconsider it in 3 months. in october 2020 they emailed my solicitor to send fresh evidence we did that and on 11 dec 2020 we received a letter to enroll biometric which i did on 17 December 2020. is this a gud thing bcz last time when they refused me they didn't asked for biometric..

Has the home office increased the weekly support. I realised my money has gone up by £8 . Or it's a mistake on their side?
Hi Tjam,

Hope you are fine, I guess you moved in recently from an initial accommodation ( Hotel or Hostel ) into your temporary accommodation ( House ), HO increased 3 Pounds per week for the people who are / were living in the initial accommodation from March, you should also receive the confirmation letter with the complete calculation of your back dated payment.

Hope it will clear your doubt.

Cheer's ....
I have been in full board accommodation 3 years now, I didn't just move from initial accommodation. Am on section 95,are we also getting backdated money. My money has been increased by £8 each.
Since you are on full board accommodation since last 3 years so you are not eligible for the back dated payment, you should check with the Migrant Help for the increment in your weekly allowance.

Cheers ....

Those who don’t receive the enrolment normally get refused. When was the last time u heard from them welljohn ?

Hi Sheilam, Just before I applied for" PW"; recently MP and my Socilitor wrote them and they stated timescale for decision around 6 months time. Maybe reason they don't want to give PTW, but rather give me main decisions to grant soon.. Assumption on my side Sheilam. What do you think?

That could be a Good reason as they aware MP is involved in your case, hence they want to just complete your case. I’m hopeful this month we should all hear good news.

Hi SheilaM,

I hope you are fine and doing well, since yesterday I am calling Job Centre plus and the department of work and pension to apply the NI number, Job Centre plus is closed completely due to new third national lockdown and department of work and pension said that since I don’t have the valid visa or bio metric residence card so I have to take face to face appointment at job center plus but its closed because of the covid and they cannot apply the NI number.

Kindly note that I told them that I am having valid Biometric Application registration card (ARC) but they said it will not be accepted.

I called Citizen Advice Bureau and informed everything so they said that are investigating it that why they are not applying the NI number for you and will get back to you.

How you applied for the NI number, you had face to face appointment with the Job Centre Plus ???

Another question, I has to apply the New ARC card or it will come by itself to me through TNT ???

Thank you very much for your always help, support and cooperation.

Kind Regard's.

Hi Yayah I’m sorry you going through some stress, When I called them I told them I have a work permit (asylum seeker) they booked a date for me to go into Job centre face to face appointment.it’s was just under 5 minutes. Only to confirm name, age, sign some paperwork and they made a photocopy of my new arc card proof of address they asked me to bring.they also gave me some paperwork back. Yes your new arc will be received via TNT they will texts you. They never even knock just saw it on the floor in a brown envelope. Which area do you live? I live in Liverpool I’m sure why they think u don’t have ID when your arc is ID and the work permit paperwork is proof you go a work permit.
