Don't know why SET LR decisions are slow.
I am one of the August SET LR applicants still waiting. Its nerve wracking when you see most of the August applications have already been decided and HO have moved on to September.
Yes, it makes no sense as I have been on the same visa(Tier 2 ICT) and the same employer throughout my 10 years, so must be straightforward. My previous Tier 2 extension(in Jan 2020) decision came in one day
My wait has entered the fifth month.
The way HO work, I have seen some applications falling through the cracks and it appears I may need to consider myself as one of those unlucky.
I do not see your entry on the timeline thread. When have you applied?
Congrats matevivienne husky wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 2:27 pmReceived my approval earlier today. Set LR, applied 08/09/2020. Seems it is moving forward so there is hope.
Many thanks to all the helpful members, and good luck everyone.
Congratulations! Our timelines are identical. I applied on 8th September and biometrics on 21st September in Sunderland! Hoping mine is on the way too! What time did you receive the approval, by the way?vivienne husky wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 2:27 pmReceived my approval earlier today. Set LR, applied 08/09/2020. Good luck. Yours must be on the way.
Thanks for your kind words mateShanvasu wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 1:14 pmI understand your pain, even you planned for your dependants visa and all on dec, i know how disappointed you are. I'm applied on Oct 20 only so mine will eventually come through and not expecting. But lost a job offer which I never tried in 10 years, all wasted with priority service waiting , i was thinking to update the timeline with good news but now thinking that would be happen in Jan at all.
Hope you will get soon, Mate. You are so supportive to this forum and helped me in the past and other members. Your good deed will pay off soon.

Not even the tracking mail. She has already reached out to HO but no update yet. Not sure if it's common for year end approvals.
Thanks Cullinan. Solicitor claims to be able to talk to someone in HO. Will follow this thread and share my experience there.CULLINAN wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 7:54 pmFollow:mesn wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 7:19 pmHi Guys, We got ILR decision on 14Dec(Set O with wife and daughter). The requirement is to declare your absences not prove it, and in the checklist for mandatory documents it is not mentioned you need proof of the absences. The more documents you submit the longer it takes for them to check every single one of them and make a decision. Besides I don’t know about you but my stamps (i have used Almost every single page of it) are not clear and frequently put on top of each other.CR001 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 7:16 am@camil , originals documents are NOT submitted anymore!! Everything is scanned digitally to ukcvas.camil wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 12:35 amwouldn't case worker have the original passport in hand? also providing an excel for absences.CULLINAN wrote: ↑Tue Jan 05, 2021 10:08 pmHow do you plan to prove your continuous residence for ILR then?Maybe irrelevant to respond now but if someone has the same question, my solicitor said to scan only front page, back and visa vignette, no other pages.
Different routes have different requirements. For SETM there are no absence limits but for other routes there are.
ps: I am set o applicant.
@ajitu92, I just got my approval this morning at 9:20 and I applied on 5th Sep. So yours should be on the way!! I've updated my timeline in related threads. Many thanks to your dataset so I can predict the timeline which gives me the peace of mind. And, thanks to @CULLINAN and others' support on this forum. Complain on this link? - https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... ot-arrivedminho87 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 2:48 pmDear All,
FYI. I was june applicant and received approval as mentioned before end of December.
I did send in an complaint. Got the feedback from the complaint. Apparently they approved my application back in October 2020. But they didn't received my change of address in time so they had sent the letter to my old address rather than emailing me. They had apologised. I would recommend complaining to HO and the are very specific and advised me.
No and no.
