Dear Team

In the ILR application there is this question About family ties-
Any country where you have lived for more than 5 years

Do I need to mention only for my home country? Or should I also mention about my wife in UK as I have been in UK for 5 yrs 11 months where 1 yr was on Tier 4 visa.

Please advise, I would be very grateful.
