Adequate maintenance and Spouse Visa

I didnt want to start a new topic as it relates to Adequate Maintenance so posting on the old one.
The updated guidance (december 2020) states that 'family premium' of Income Support has been removed from maintenance calculations in the guidance. Does that mean that I should also not include family premium in my calculations for income support?
Asking because it affects the amount of savings I need to go ahead
