Dear all,
im now very confused. two officers who answered my calls to the home office said that untill a decision is made, i can continue to rely on my previous status here in the uk.
my student dependant visa expired last year, i am yet to get a decison on an application i made for a student visa. By continuing to work full time pending the putcome of my student visa application, have i been breaching the conditions of the student visa which i havent been granted yet?
please help. especially now that my employer has decided to contact the H.Office directly.
what should i do next?
