Dear experts,
We are british citizens, me and my wife, we became british in 2014.
This is my wife's second pregnancy and she is due on March last week around. Because I work 9 to 6 and also some awkward timings, we need to bring in my sis in law from family from backhome to look after my 1.5 year baby and also to support her during last trisemster of pregnancy until the delivery. My sis in law lives with her husband with no children at the moment. But we are only asking her to come here and not her husband.
She does not have any money in her account and we are financially supporting her all expenses, including tickets, accomodation, foods etc. I do have more than 13grands in my account to support her during this visit and our own accomodation of 4 bed house which we bought recently in Nov. (It's a new build, so address is still not visible on google etc.
I have few questions around, hope to get them clarified sooner. If you can answer inline would be highly appreciated.
1. Which vistor category this type belongs to: I am certai in one of the two it falls, but please if you can guide which one, a) Type toursim - which includes visiting family or b) any other reasons. Which one do you think we should mark. Tourism visa gives me a feeling that this is to tour and sight seeing uk and also to visit family, but my only reason is to bring her to support my wife and baby during the pregnancy. Please if you can confirm which option i should select.
2. I understand, she has to fill the form online, and then, do we need to wait for fedex gerry karachi to call us or we need to book an appointment straight after submitting and download the form? or we need to book appointment prior submitting her application online. I will give her my debit card visa to pay the fee for the online form. WHat is exactly the process after submitting and pay for the form online in karachi pakistan?
3. Because we are funding her completely, she does not have any money in her account: I do have more than 13 grands in my account. We thought this would be fine - but in the last section of form - there are couple of options to tick like i am funding her fully but also one more option which UKBA ask us to mandatory tick the option i.e. documents to support how much money she has in her access account directly. Technically, there is no money in her account. What should i do then? Should I ask her father to put some money in for example 3 lacs pkr (£1,379.48) in her account now or it will raise an eye. We can say this is just to show that she has some funds in her account and her father has given her for this trip as he also wants to help us in this trip. I can provide his bank statements to support to submit.
OR
I am thinking to send some money in her account say 3 lac PKR (£1,379.48), just to proof the point, that because we want to fund her fully in this visit, sent some money beforhand so she can have direct access to this money. Rest of the money, we will help her when she is here, this is just for her pocket money kind of thing. I can support this with my bank statement and cover letter.
Which option sounds better and why, please could you confirm?
4. Based on whichever option above, her father sending money or me, do you think sending/showing 300,000 lacs PKR (£1,379.48) in her account is sufficient - or we need to send more. Pease bear in mind, this money is only kind of pocket money to show that she has direct access to her own account. otherwise we are going to fully bear the expense in UK - which i will show my bank statement.
5. There is an option to fill in the online form - how much money we allocate for her during the trip, including all her living costs, tickets, accomodation etc. I am thinking to do like this.
He expense per month = 200/300 pounds per day
3 months of her trip = *3 = 600 or 900 pounds, and her ticket is around 600 pounds to 800 pounds. So in total 3000 GBP. i can show this amount in my bank statement. or should i send this money to her account before hand?
6. I am writing the following wordings in the invitation and sponsorship letter:
We want her to be here for three months to assist my wife during her last trimester until the delivery and look after our baby kid who is 1.5 years old. (wife due date is around 25 March) Does this wording looks ok?
7. I am not reserving any ticket right now, but we plan her to visit us from 20 Feb to 17 April which covers her3 month. I can show them screengrab of the flight tickets and cost here.
8. To show her tie back home - i am showing the evidence that her marriage certificate(English translated) and her passport along with her husband, which shows that she must need to go back after helping us as her husband is in Pakistan and she has to look after her husband back home for sure. (Her husband is out of job btw for 3 months btw due to corona). Would this be sufficient to proof tie?.
9. To show her relationship with my wife - we are going to provide B form which shows her father name and all her siblings. Would that be ok?
10. For accomodation here- I do not have any proof except a draft mortgage deed - as the document is in progress at the moment. But i do have halifax letter which shows my mortgage has been started etc. i do not have any utility bill at my name yet nor the post code is showing up on google as it is new build.
My all documents still shows my old address - because i have setup a redirection for 3-6 months to settle down first here.
From my side - i am thinking to provide
a. My 3 months bank statements - SHould it be 6 months?
b. My payslips or does it really require-
c, My house document - draft one - or letter that I recieved for mortgage.
d. My brit passport copy and my wife passport copy
e. Invitation letter and sponsorship letter.
f. Cover letter to explain in summaryy all.
From her side;
a. Her bank statement - if I send money to her accont or her father transfer (his bank statmeent too - after when you confirm) - As I mentioned - UKBA in the last section ask us to show proof that how much direct money she has in her access.
b. Her Marriage certifcate to support she has to go back as Tie.
c. B form - which shows her father and family all family name.
d. Her passport and her husband passport details.
e. Evidence of some tickets screengrabs - as we are not booking anything at the moment.
f. Corona tests etc at the time of departure of course.
g. No requirement of TB as she is going to be here for less than 6 months.
I apologise in advance for the long post, and many thanks for taking time to read it. Please if you can reply online. Many thanks once again.
Many thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
