Should a person need a new sponsorship (CoS) when made redundant?

Post by mmssaa » Wed Jan 13, 2021 8:42 pm

Hi there,

There is a situation where employee got an offer (CoS) from a UK employer and then landed on the UK after getting a T2 General visa and the employer made him redundant within a few months of joining.

Should that person require a new sponsorship (CoS) from a new employer now?

Why are you posting under two different usernames?? This is strictly NOT permitted on the forum.

Apologies, I submitted a username change request on the following forum on Jan 02, 2021
comments-about-discussion-board/if-you- ... 3-380.html
but, I didn't receive any response. Hence, I created a new id. I will use this id and will refrain from posting any other posts until my username is changed.
Please let me know if any issues

This is not a valid reason to register a second username. I am the only moderator that does username changes, and it is when I get to them. We are all unpaid volunteers in the forum, with normal jobs and family committments!!!
