Tier 2 (General) - ILR - Days away from UK in 2020

HI,

I am due to apply for my UK ILR under the Tier 2 (General) - 5 year category in end of October 2021. I got my UK Tier 2 General Visa on 26th October 2016.

I left the UK on 29th October for 6 weeks leave to India and was supposed to return back to UK on 13th Dec. However, i got covid on 10th Dec and had to stay back and cancel my tickets. Then the new virus mutant came and all India to UK flights were cancelled until 8th Jan. As of today i am still in India and the earliest tickets that i can get is as of 31st Jan 2021. This will effectively mean i will be away from UK from 29th October 2020 - 30th Jan 2021 - which will be 95 days.

Apart from this i have no unusual time away from the UK since 2016.

Please guide me if i will face any issues with my ILR application which is due in Oct 2021.

How many days in total were you outside of UK from 2016 to 2021?

From 2016 until 31st Jan 2021 it will be 259 days in total.
