After how long time can I reaply for EEA ?

After how long time can I reaply for EEA ?

I am going to marry In Poland my Pole wife and apply for EEA work permit in Warsaw but I am getting afraid that they can deny me the EEA as I was reading more about bed experience than god ones...In such case after how long time I can reaply? :cry:
