Hi,

Please can someone confirm if Im eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before the expiry of my brp card which is 31/03/21(sent after I received FLR)
Even thought I entered UK 01 December 2015? And have been here over 60 months.

Your eligibility is actually 28days before reaching 60 months in UK not 28day before BRP expires. So from your above stated dates you are actually already eligible to apply. I.e.
