Dependent children naturalization

Post by mbaigu » Mon Jan 18, 2021 2:03 pm

Hi,

I have 2 daughters (Canadian born) year8 and 5 currently residing with me in the UK on dependant visa.
Can I apply their naturalization or do I have to apply for their visa extension?

When they were born I was in the UK on a work visa, but now I am British citizen.

Thanks

The children will follow the same visas/applications/immigration pathway as the other parent and can apply to register as a British citizen when both they and the other parent acquired ILR.

Thanks for your reply. I wish I could apply so I can save some money.

They are in the UK from 25 months and extension is due in July. How early I can apply for their dependant visa extension then?
