Wow great. I was planning mid Feb as the card is expiring beginning of September this year.
Thanks for the update.AAP1977 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 22, 2021 9:24 pmHi Raja.Brit
Last March I applied as the expiry on my Stamp4eufam card was dated for September 2020 ,due to the expiry of my national passport. I received correspondence that I should get the reminder of my permission once I had my passport renewed, which I did.
In summary I was told that a decision would be made in due course, so technically my application has been submitted and pending for 10 months.
If I have been waiting for 10 months, I guess it would be proactive to apply If your permission expires anytime this year.
Congrats Corw. Im glad you got yours too.Corw wrote: ↑Fri Jan 22, 2021 9:46 pmHi
I also have received my card today thanks God
Here is the time line
Applied on 12 Jan
Processing completed on 18 Jan
Received 22 on Jan
By the way I had two acknowledgement reference numbers. They should have to cancel one of them but INIS hasn't cancelled any of them.
In this terminology I may be receiving two replacement IRP Cards.
I have two questions
Can anyone shed the light on it ??
My card will be expiring 2024 so my question is that will INIS count my previous time while making application for nuetelization???
My 2and question is that while making Schengen Visa application form in section where they state that Are you travelling with or joinin your EU EE family member?? Should we put down Yes if we travel with British national.??
Are British national still considering EU National who are exercising treaty rights in Ireland?
Many thanks

I have applied for my EU3 in May 2020 as my permit was expiring Nov 2020. I have emailed the EU treaty so many time and was replied that my application is still in progress.
I received an email last week and the response was that my application is currently processing and a decision will be issued in due course.
My questions: do I need to registered the withdrawal card agreement for spouse of Uk citizens or do I wait for the EU Treaty contact me ?
Many thank in advance for any reply
Jean
Anytime. By the way, I posted the following under a different thread. So your permission should be auto-extended till April 20th, 2021.Jeanleblanc wrote: ↑Mon Jan 25, 2021 8:50 amHi Raja.....,

This at this point, it will make sense to apply for Citizenship after you get your PR which should be anytime.
Im applying for EU3 for my dependent tomorrow via email. My only concern is if they grant temporary Stamp 4 extension, I don't have my UK Passport yet (coz its with Citizenship Team) which GNIB will need to stamp my dependent's non-EU passport.
I don't suppose there is an expiry date for Stamp 4 extension letter is there where you need to get the extension from GNIB within a certain timeframe?
Non-eu dependents of UK Citizen can apply for EU3 Permanent Residence card whose WAB or Stamp4 EUFAM card is expiring in 6months of 5years residency based on "Freecitizenfour wrote: ↑Mon Feb 01, 2021 3:51 pmI am seeing alot of people saying they are going to apply for EU3 after doing the card exchange programme.raja.brit wrote: ↑Sun Jan 31, 2021 10:39 amGreat, I can see people are getting temporary Stamp4 extension on the same month they apply for EU3.Jeanleblanc wrote: ↑Sun Jan 31, 2021 2:10 amHi raja.brit

Can someone point to me where it says you can apply. Its my understanding that the reason the card exchange programme was introduced is because you cant rely on EU Treaty Rights anymore.
Why are you applying for permanent residence under EU Treaty Rights if you arent subject to EU Treaty Rights anymore...
