Family Route Application question Help

I am applying for Family Route Visa (spouse of recently UK settled person) inside the UK.
I am currenlty on PBS dependent visa (tier 2 dependent).
I have provided my visa details in the application along with my BRP card start and end date. The next question on the applicationn is confusing. Can any one help?

My husband got ILR through Long residence and my understanding from the forum was that I cannot mix Tier 1 dependent (3 years) and Tier 2 dependent time (3 years) for my ILR nor can I extend my Tier 2. So have to extend my stay and apply for spouse visa. Have I understood wrong?

FLR m is correct as long as you meet the requirements, eg english and financial.
