court of appeal visa refused

Please need some information from you guys.
my court of appeal was refused last week.
i came uk in 2007 on student visa , in 2009 i got post study visa later in April 2011 i applied tier1 general visa was granted by home office for two years, and 2013 i extend my visa for next three years. in June 2016 i applied my ilr visa on based of set(o) next year , 2017 i competed my 10 years in uk so i vary my application on set(LR) but in 2019 my visa was refused, because of tax amendment of year 2010-11. but i informed to hmrc before applied my ilr and hmrc approved my tax amendment but home office refused my visa , anyway i appeared in FTT in year 2019 but it was refuses same section 322.5 and i appeared in UTT in year 2020 same thing again it was refused so i applied court of appeal for permission but my permission refused last week now i need to apply my new application on human rights or any other grounds ,
so which is suitable for me. I am alone this country no family life no kids nothing, but i live uk legally since 2007 never break any laws never missed any bills or any rents,
please advise me asap i am very confused now..
