Hello everyone
This forum has been always very helpful throughout my immigration and I would like to thanks all the members. Today’s my query is regarding English test requirements for my wife’s visa extension on FLR-M. She has done A1 in 2016. I have read if we have use some qualification in a successful application so it’s still valid and other hand I have come to know that any new extension application required A2 qualification now. Can some guide me in this mater plz.

At a renewal, your wife will need an A2 certificate and at ILR, your wife will need a B1 certificate.

I think (but am not sure, so wait for others to respond) that if your wife gets a B1 certificate now, that will be valid for both the renewal and for a subsequent ILR application (provided the ILR application is made within the validity period of the certificate - typically two years).

She needs a new test. A2 or she can do B1.
