I am ready to apply for my ILR basis 5 yr route. As i left my life in the UK test a bit late and hope to take it next week and will look to apply online soon after if i pass.
i have a few questions regarding the application
1) although i meet the financial requirement for salaried person, i have been on maternity leave since aug 2020.. in that case what is the guidance please- can i still apply in this category.
2)if above is not possible ...how much do i have to show in personal savings ? is it ok if the amount went under the stipulated 62000 for a week within the last 6 months?
3)can someone please share a list of all the supporting documents that i will need to provide in support of cohabitation and sustained relationship evidence
4)i had arrived on a fiance visa in 2015 but got my first spouse visa BRP issued from 5 march 2016 - does that mean i am now eligible to apply any day? although i will complete full 5 years in march.

I included a letter my employers had sent me which stated my maternity leave dates. I also asked my employers to state the dates of maternity leave on my proof of employment letter. Plus I included my daughters birth certificate also.

thanks for the above
Can someone please also confirm the level of cash savings needed for ILR stage.
is it 62,500 or less.
also do you need to maintain that level of cash in your bank account while the application is being processed in case they check?
Many Thanks
T

If you have held a cash saving of £34,600 or more for at least 6 months, there is no need to provide other sources of income at the ILR stage. The saving must be available until ILR is granted

Hi
i have just submitted my SET(M) application for ILR and am about to submit supporting documents.
for co-habitation i have
2X council tax bills in joint name
how many documents do i need to now submit under individual names to make the 6 documents needed?
for eg, can i submit
Individual bank statements in my name
Individual bank statements in my husbands name
both spread over the 2.5 year period since i last received my Limited leave to remain.
Is it ok to submit from one source only or not? also can you please share examples of other letters that could be admissable?
Many Thanks

Topics merged.
You need 2 years evidence of cohabitation in joint names or each of your individual names, from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

There are no specific requirements at all. You simply need to provide any evidence that you lived at the same address(es) within the last two years.
