Post by gbxox » Thu Feb 18, 2021 12:17 pm

I had a citizenship ceremony 8 weeks ago. When will I receive a passport or I need to apply?

You'll never receive it if you don't apply for it.

Why is it unconstitutional??? UKVI and HMPO for passports are two separate departments.

Applying for naturalisation doesn't mean you automatically get a passport!!! You have to apply for the passport.

Yes this has always been the case, they are two separate processes!!

Thank you for your replies.

Well, I have another European country's naturalization, and passport and application was one process. It sounds logical to me. What they're doing here is outsourcing everything to get more money. It costs a fortune.
