Converting from Tier2 to Spouse Visa

Hi,

I got my British citizenship in 2016 and got married in December 2020, my Mrs. came to uk with me on her TIER2 visa and been here fro about two months now I would like to apply for her spouse what documents and application form I will need to fill in ?

Thanks for reply looking at the information provided there is requirement to prove that you are in marriage that is recognized in UK , can I use my nikah nama that has been translated in English? I got married in Pakistan

Yes fine. A marriage conducted abroad legally in line with the laws of that country are accepted.

Thanks so if I apply for her spouse visa will I need to pay the nhs surcharge again as she has already paid when she applied for TIER2 visa?

Yes, IHS surcharge is payable with each application made.
