*medium emergency** Tier2 Dependent Health&Care visa eligiblility query

Post by mufans » Fri Feb 19, 2021 12:24 pm

hi guys

i have applied my t2 dependent visa last year December. while filling up the application. there was a page asked me if my partner is eligible for a health and care visa(he wasnt holding one but he is eligible) so i clicked yes.

yesterday i received an email from home office saying
" Evidence from your sponsor's employer confirming that you are eligible for the H&C visa"

so i assume the sentence means my partner's employer needs to confirm that I am eligible for the H&C visa?
but i am not the health care worker but he. also i have already submitted his CoS and employment contract would that not be enough?

https://imgur.com/ccd9EKZ this is the page which asked me if my partner is eligible for the h&c visa

https://imgur.com/cyk3nah this is the email home office sent me

i am given 10 working days to submit evidence i dont know what else evidence they need since i am not health care worker and i have submitted my partner's evidence already

i really need help
