It is the same as any other dependant. There is a link to fees at the top of this forum.
This forum cannot advice you what to do - it is your application and you have to make the decision yourself.roniksoni wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2019 12:33 pmthnc for the info.. the fees for new born is £1021 and nhs will be about £1200.

roniksoni wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 5:45 pmhello experts.
i have lived in uk from december 2009 till june 2016 and came back in march 2019 on entrepreneur visa.
as long i have lived for more than 180 days out side uk i can not go for the 10 year route. please correct me if i am wrong. ++> Correct
secondly, if i invest 200k fund within a year in the company can i do early extension ? ++> You can apply anytime you have met ALL the requirements - investment, job, etc. But I am very curious why you would do that ? If you are planning to apply for ILR, that would mean you will need to extend at least one more time than necessary
thnx
No. Your visas clearly state "no recourse to public funds". Child benefit is public funds.

I have my extension mid of next year.
1) my investment fund is received from my country account to my uk account ana then I have transferred it to my business account.
So my question is
(A)Do I have to provide all the evidence of the money I received from INDIA
OR
(B) only the investment amount from my account to business account would be enough
Or
(C)The balance sheet (director loan) will be enough ?
you are rightroniksoni wrote: ↑Tue Feb 16, 2021 7:38 pm2)
I have 3 employees on my payroll who are working full time (120 hours a month) (one of them is on furlough which I guess will be count for job requirement)
1st one is europeon dependant with family extended visa so I think he should be counted. (Yes/no)
2nd is europeon citizen and received ILR so that should be counts as well (yes/no)
3rd employee is Indian citizen with dependant visa which I guess won’t be counted. (Yes/no)
Correct me if I am wrong.
Don't understand this question. Not sure who "they" is. If it is HO, not sure why they would ask about funds not invested
Yes, as long as the business statement shows your name against each investment transaction to show it is from youroniksoni wrote: ↑Fri Feb 19, 2021 1:22 pmthankyou so much for the prompt response @marcnath
1) so I need to submit my personal bank statement for all the transactions I have made to my business account.
even though it that amount will show on my balance sheet as director loan ?
can I submit balance sheet and my company bank statement rather than my personal bank statement as my company statement will show all the investment fund I made from my personal account.
(asking because I do not want to share my personal bank account statement if possible)

2)
as I have 3 employees in last message.
a) I have European extended family worker since 2 years and
b) European indefinite employee working for me for about year.
as both of these have been working for me at least a year.
so are these 2 employees fulfil my requirement for job creation ?
Yes, the immigration officer can ask you any question that they want to ask that they think has an impact on your entry.roniksoni wrote: ↑Fri Feb 19, 2021 1:22 pm
3) repeating the question here as it wasn't clear probably;
i m planning to travel to my home country so can uk border agency ask me at entry clearance about the fund hasn't been invested if it is in my position or not.
( i know most likely they don't but just wanted to check if some1 has experienced it)
thank you for all the guidance and help
There is no requirement to submit all bank account statements - just a requirement to show the investments.roniksoni wrote: ↑Fri Feb 19, 2021 4:36 pmhi marcnath
thnx for the reply
1) '''Yes, as long as the business statement shows your name against each investment transaction to show it is from you'''
my business statement does show my surname and initial of my name so I think that should be enough.
my business account statement has too many transactions every month so for 3 years the pages will be about 150.
my question is
do I need to submit all the pages of business account transaction or
the only those transaction which mention about my investment.
thnx
