Hi guys

I had interview on 30th January and it was quite simple.
There wasn’t any tricky question asked.

Like
There was no question in fund,
There was no question on my immigration history,

The interview were based only on my business plan,
Basically they just want to know if I have prepared the business plan or not also do I have the knowledge of it or not.

Interview lasted for about 45 minutes.

Now finger cross
Let’s wait for the final outcome of the application.

Thanks guys everyone who helped me specially
Marcnath and cr001

It is the same as any other dependant. There is a link to fees at the top of this forum.

This forum cannot advice you what to do - it is your application and you have to make the decision yourself.

No one here would have an idea of your personal circumstance - for example how much a private insurance would cost for you - so no one can advice you on these.

What we can do is list options.

If you plan to get British Citizenship for your child eventually, there is no need to apply for a dependant visa. A child born in the UK with a parent who has settled status (ILR) can register for citizenship at any time.

NHS is free for your child only for three months, as you seem to be aware.

And obviously without a visa, the child cannot come back into the country if you ever travel out.

If you are planning to apply for ILR, that would mean you will need to extend at least one more time than necessary

thnx

No. Your visas clearly state "no recourse to public funds". Child benefit is public funds.

Getting a loan has no effect on your application. EEA nationals are considered settled

And EEA dependant employee works 150 hours monthly.

Is it okey to fulfils the requirement of 2 full time employees for a year ?

2- I am about to open one more store
So will it be a good idea to open new company or shall I just make that new branch of the current company ?

Thank you guys.

Preparation for extension tier 1 200K route

Post by roniksoni » Mon Jun 01, 2020 9:13 pm

Hello

I have one full time employee who is EEA dependant.
And
2 part time British employees.

Does it satisfy the requirements
Instead of 2 full time employees ?

Investment :

Post by roniksoni » Tue Feb 16, 2021 7:38 pm

Hello folks.

I have my extension mid of next year.

1) my investment fund is received from my country account to my uk account ana then I have transferred it to my business account.
So my question is
(A)Do I have to provide all the evidence of the money I received from INDIA
OR
(B) only the investment amount from my account to business account would be enough
Or
(C)The balance sheet (director loan) will be enough ?

2)
I have 3 employees on my payroll who are working full time (120 hours a month) (one of them is on furlough which I guess will be count for job requirement)

1st one is europeon dependant with family extended visa so I think he should be counted. (Yes/no)
2nd is europeon citizen and received ILR so that should be counts as well (yes/no)
3rd employee is Indian citizen with dependant visa which I guess won’t be counted. (Yes/no)

Correct me if I am wrong.

3) if I travel to home country can they ask me about the fund I havnt invested.

Should that be in my position or doesn’t matter.

Please advice me on above questions.

Thank you.

Don't understand this question. Not sure who "they" is. If it is HO, not sure why they would ask about funds not invested

Post by roniksoni » Fri Feb 19, 2021 1:22 pm

thankyou so much for the prompt response @marcnath

1) so I need to submit my personal bank statement for all the transactions I have made to my business account.

even though it that amount will show on my balance sheet as director loan ?

can I submit balance sheet and my company bank statement rather than my personal bank statement as my company statement will show all the investment fund I made from my personal account.
(asking because I do not want to share my personal bank account statement if possible)

2)
as I have 3 employees in last message.
a) I have European extended family worker since 2 years and
b) European indefinite employee working for me for about year.
as both of these have been working for me at least a year.

so are these 2 employees fulfil my requirement for job creation ?

3) repeating the question here as it wasn't clear probably;
i m planning to travel to my home country so can uk border agency ask me at entry clearance about the fund hasn't been invested if it is in my position or not.
( i know most likely they don't but just wanted to check if some1 has experienced it)

thank you for all the guidance and help

Yes, as long as the business statement shows your name against each investment transaction to show it is from you

Yes, the immigration officer can ask you any question that they want to ask that they think has an impact on your entry.

hi marcnath
thnx for the reply

1) '''Yes, as long as the business statement shows your name against each investment transaction to show it is from you'''

my business statement does show my surname and initial of my name so I think that should be enough.

my business account statement has too many transactions every month so for 3 years the pages will be about 150.
my question is
do I need to submit all the pages of business account transaction or
the only those transaction which mention about my investment.

thnx

There is no requirement to submit all bank account statements - just a requirement to show the investments.
