ILR : List of time spent outside the country

Post by SharmaD16 » Thu Feb 25, 2021 1:13 pm

Hello Everyone,

(Asking for a friend)

Applying for ILR via Tier 2 General 5-year route. She has worked for 2 employers.

- I have Tier 2 since 20th April 2016, extended in Apr/May 2019
- Tier 2 with the current employer was issued on 24th Dec 2019
- Last working day with the previous employer on 31st Jan 2020
- Started working with my current employer on 10th Feb 2020

Between 24th Jan 2020 and 9th Feb 2020 - I went to India for a family visit using 5 leftover paid holidays from employer 1 and seeking a late start date from employer 2 (i.e current employer).

Question 1 : Will the holiday between two employments be a problem?
Question 2 : Which list of holidays should I add this to? the one signed by the previous employer or the current employer?

Kindly advise me on this

Thanks

No issues. Holidays between the employment does not need to appear on the employer letter
