Foreign qualified doctor to work in Ireland

Hi,

My sister is a qualified doctor who is working in Africa but wants to move to Ireland, would anyone know what the pathway for non EU doctors to work in Ireland is?

ٍShe needs to start by registration with medical council of Ireland first, then she can apply for jobs.The registration process is very clear if you refer to the medical council web site
