Need help plzzz

Hello,

I am british national and i got new born baby in Pakistan . Can i apply direct british passport of him? Also which form do i have to fill and also need information regarding fee and other requirements.

If someone knows please help.

You apply using the link below. It can take a few months when applying overseas, sometimes 6 to 12 months.

p.s. you might want to think of more appropriate and descriptive subject headings when you post (i.e. Passport for child born abroad to British father) rather than just 'need help plzzz' as you have done for your two most recent topics on completely different questions.

No, apply passport directly assuming the child was born AFTER you got British citizenship.

No there is no 'age limit'. The child is either British by descent or not.

Go through the link I have provided, it will tell you what you need to include, i.e. proof of your citizenship, birth cert etc.......

Hello Everyone,

I got British nationality and my newborn is one month old and born in Pakistan.And i want to apply his british passport. Please guide me that:

- Do i need to apply nationality firt or can apply british passport direct.?

- How can i apply, which form i have to fill (please send me form link) ?

-From Pakistan can i apply online or have to submit form personally or by post?

- How much fee i have to pay?

Hi CR001,

Someone told me that rule is changed now i have to apply child british nationality first and than apply british passport that's why i was confused.But you said procedure is same as 2017 so this means that i can apply British passport for my child directly and no need to apply citizenship firt?
