Post by saliame » Mon Mar 01, 2021 12:57 pm

Hi All,

My wife is going to apply ILR as dependent Set(O)( I got ILR via Tier 2), I ran through a form it brought me below documents?

Current Biometric Residence Permit

Declaration signed by ---
to confirm consent for the Home Office to
request verification checks

All previous passports, travel documents or
national identity cards that you have used to
travel to or remain in the UK

Evidence of Mrs ----
immigration status in the UK

Just checking is that all we need, because I have often read about cohab documents were submitted? Could be for different route but please can this be confirmed?

Many Thanks in advance.

KR,

S

You need to submit 2 years evidence of cohabitation, from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.
