Procedure to raise formal enquiry with HO after standard process times

Hi friends,

I applied for my VISA on 15th January for SW Visa and as per Home office communication, they said that the I week's timeline is from the date of application and not date of appointment. In that case, my standard SLA will end on 16th March.

If i don't receive it within the standard SLA, how can i initiate a formal enquiry to the HO demanding the update??

My partner is waiting on a dependent visa since November 2020 despite a 15-day standard processing time. We've paid to send off multiple follow up emails which were escalated, have tried calling and always met with a version of 'we'll get to it when we get to it'.

We've also got an MP involved who is getting no response from HO.

The true joy of immigration is that the standard processing times mean nothing and we're ultimately all just in a waiting game I'm afraid.
