Second Referee confusion

Dear Gurus,
Second Referee can be AREA MANAGER?
I checked your links for all list of second referees.It didn’t particularly mention about area Manager other than a Manager in a limited company.

He filled “Employee” in related coloumn. Is that ok?Please help.Many thanks

Hii, sorry,There is no detailed or related answers in page 10 and 24 for my doubt of AREA MANAGER in a limited company can be accepted as a 2nd referee? Please help.Many Thanks

Yes. Manager of a VAT-registered or a limited company would do.

Dear gurus,
I did more than 7 jobs for the past 10 years.But I cant remember all the join date and leaving date for the employment details for the past ten years.
*Will my application be rejected if I dont enter the right date and years?
*Is it must to fill all the employment details?
* Is it possible to collect all my previous employment history other than my work place?
Please Help.

Date is if known question.
Provide estimates and clarify in the notes in the end. Or leave it blank. No issues.
