Documents supporting Naturalisation

Hello,
i just had few queries regarding the supporting documents submitted for Naturalisation Application.
what documents should i submit under these supporting documents checklist?

I am submitting ILR and UKNaric Certificate and statement of compatibility.

Should i submit council bills,energy bills for 5 years ?



1-Proof of living in the UK for for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying
as the spouse of a British Citizen.
2-The degree certificate for to prove the level of English language required
3-NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or
Masters degree or PhD in the UK AND confirm the level of English to which the degree was taught or
researched
