540 days in 5 years absence rule is applicable to Tier PBS Dependants

Hi Everyone,
I have quick questing regarding My WIFE ILR visa VIA Tier PBS DEPEDENANT visa.
My wife firstly granted a visa on May 20, 2017, and she came to the UK on MAY 27 2017, and went to India on March 22, 2018, and stayed in India up to 7th June 2019(442 days).

She got her extension visa from march 2020 to march 2023.


Now she wants to go to India for her Sister's marriage this year and wants to stay for 5 months. bUT IF I WANT TO CALCULATE FOR ABSENCE 540 DAYS SHE CAN ONLY SATY 98 DAYS.
so I want to ask this question? is absence rule is applicable for PBS dependants.

Absence only counts for visas issued on or after 11th January 2018 for ilr. So only absence after her extension visa granted in 2020 are counted.

What "540 days" are you referring to??

I am talking about total absence in total 5 years which is 540. So I am just asking my wife can stay in India for her sister married below 180 that is around 5months is she can stay??
