Forgot to Upload Verification Consent Form - ILR 10 Years

Dear all,

I am asking this question for a friend of mine, who has applied for ILR on 10 years long residence route in January, but has just now realised that he has forgotten to upload the signed consent form for verification checks (the 3 part form provided in the application stage).

Can you please confirm whether this form is necessary for ILR 10-years form, and let us know what he can do now? Is there an email address where he can email the scanned PDF of the form now?
