Grant ILR exemption from KOL

Post by amjsohail1970 » Thu Mar 11, 2021 6:52 pm

Dear respected Admin and members,

I need following question answer. We had ILR in 2018 but didn't sent any LIUK test because we passed our LIUK test in 2019, in the light of above which one need to tick...Yes or No....the question is follow;

Did you meet the knowledge of English requirement as part of an indefinite leave application made on or after 28 October 2013?

Applicants who applied for, and obtained, settlement on or after the 28th October 2013 using an English language qualification at level B1 or above can use this as evidence of their knowledge of English language. However if this qualification was not used and accepted for their settlement application, it cannot be used for this application.

Yes - No

Thanks & Regards

If you did not need to meet the English and LIUK requirements for ilr, then you tick NO to the question.

You will need to submit both LIUK and currently valid evidence if meeting the English requirment at B1 level.

Liuk doesn't expire but English tests do.
