MN1 FORM Query - 5 Years address

Hi,
The MN1 Form asks applicants address for 5 Years(mandatory field), however if the child is only born in 2019, how can that be logical to provide? any suggestions please?

Just enter current address it the mandatory fields. Caseworker will know date of birth.
